Klarent Hospitality Limited in Edinburgh is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will support the Executive Chef and lead a brigade to deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You should hold a culinary qualification or equivalent experience, display strong leadership, be creative and passionate, and understand kitchen operations, food costing and hygiene standards, with weekend shifts required.
