Ellis Mack Recruitment is partnering with a growing independent hospitality group to recruit a Sous Chef for an exciting new Bar & Restaurant opening in Edinburgh. You will work closely with an experienced Head Chef to establish a high-performing kitchen and showcase fresh, contemporary cuisine in a fast-paced setting.
