Key Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital leadership role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties include:

• Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and service
• Leading and mentoring junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards
• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling waste
• Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assisting in menu development and bringing creativity to seasonal offerings
• Maintaining a calm and focused environment, even during busy service

Experience and Skills Required

• Experienced in high-end or fine dining kitchens
