Salary: £35,000 – £60,000
Summary:
Our client is looking to appoint a suitably qualified Solicitor to be based in their office in Inverness. This role would suit a newly qualified individual or an experienced Solicitor seeking a new career opportunity with a well established law firm.
- Duties include managing a busy and varied workload overseeing sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title.
- Experience in a similar role is required along with the relevant qualifications in Scottish property law.
Person Specification
- Qualified Solicitor with experience of Conveyancing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with a range of internal and external contacts to achieve required outcomes.
- Capable of working with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner.
