Soft Services Area Manager

Edinburgh (Multi-Site)
£38,000 – £40,000 + Company Vehicle/Allowance
Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 2:00am (flexibility required)
Permanent ASAP Start

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites across Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on operational leader with a background in Cleaning, Soft Services or Facilities Management who thrives in a fast paced, multi site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of soft services across a portfolio of sites.
  • Lead, support and develop on site management teams.
  • Ensure service standards, compliance and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Manage staffing levels, budgets, stock control and operational performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive health & safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews.

About You

  • Proven experience in a multi site Soft Services, Cleaning or Facilities Management role.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing operational budgets and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Please note:

The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 5:00pm – 2:00am. Due to the nature of the operation, flexibility is required and occasional weekend support may be needed.
