Social Worker – Throughcare & Aftercare for Care Leavers

Job Description

City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Social Worker in the Throughcare & Aftercare team at City Chambers. This fixed-term role targets care leavers involved with Adult Justice Services and the Scottish Prison Service, focusing on reducing recidivism and promoting reintegration and long-term stability.
