South Lanarkshire Council is seeking an Operations Manager in Hamilton within the Adult & Older People Social Work team on a permanent basis. The post involves line managing frontline staff, overseeing assessment and care management, and ensuring statutory duties are fulfilled under relevant legislation.

You will work with other Operations Managers and locality teams, bringing knowledge of Self Directed Support and ACS processes, and demonstrate decisive leadership to staff and stakeholders.
