The Wade Centre provides residential care services for 11 older adults and we are looking for flexible and committed individuals to join our friendly, dedicated team working with our lovely residents.

The post holder will work as part of the multi disciplinary team and duties will include supporting individuals with the full range of daily living activities; day to day personal care and welfare of the residents along with key worker responsibilities. Some experience is preferable but training will be given.

The individual must be able to demonstrate awareness of the complex physical, mental, and emotional needs of older adults and be able to respond in an enabling way. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate good team working, and communication skills.

Successful candidates will be expected to work on rotational days and support with night shifts when required. The post is full time.
