Job Description

CitySprint UK Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an Operations Controller to oversee day-to-day courier resources, ensuring deliveries and collections run efficiently and customer SLAs are met.

You will work closely with the Service Centre Manager and Operations Manager in a KPI-driven environment, where hands-on judgment, pace and meticulous attention to detail matter for safety and performance across the network.
