Job Description

Booker Group plc is seeking a Skilled Butcher in Glasgow to join the butchery team. You will provide quality product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and meet customers’ needs with excellent service.

You will work with the Butchery Manager to support department sales and profits while ensuring compliance with health and safety and food safety requirements. Flexible hours will be discussed at interview.
