Site Operations Manager: Lean, Safety & Delivery Lead

Job Description

Raytheon UK, Livingston, is seeking a senior Operations Leader to head manufacturing, safety, delivery and cost on production and development programs. The Operations Manager will lead Production Managers, drive Lean across CORE, and balance day-to-day oversight with site strategy.

You’ll develop teams, ensure quality, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep the site competitive and responsive.
