Job Description

Watkin Jones PLC is seeking a Site Manager for refurbishment schemes in Glasgow, overseeing daily site operations to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery. The Ard project will feature 784 beds across cluster beds, studios, and non-en-suites, with sites well-located for nearby universities.

You will drive progress to milestones, manage subcontractors, review drawings, and help keep projects within budget while minimizing waste.
