Retail Fit-Out Site Manager (Nights) Glasgow
Start Date: June
Duration: 9-Month Contract
Shift: Nights (10-hour shifts)
Rate: £350 £380 per shift (DOE)
We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a fast-paced project in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in retail refurbishments and fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities during night shifts
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and quality
- Maintain site health & safety in line with regulations
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team
- Keep accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Availability to commit to a 9-month night shift contract
