Site Manager – Central Belt

Boyd Recruitment are recruiting and experienced Site Manager for our client who operates across multiple civil engineering disciplines in Scotland.

Due to a number of recent contract wins, they are expanding their team and the ideal candidate will have substation experience and a valid SMSTS.

WI-1 or SR3 would be beneficial but training can be provided.

The Job

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering civils projects from inception to delivery.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure programme deadlines are met and the client is satisfied.

The Person

Team-working is very important to our client and you must work well with others and take a hands on approach to solving problems.

As Site Manager you must have a background in civil engineering, and comfortable with:

  • Audits
  • Reports
  • Early warnings
  • Ordering materials
  • A hands on approach
  • Solving problems on site
