Position Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from office spaces to bespoke retail interiors, across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are delivered according to program, budget, and client specifications.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers, ensuring efficient collaboration and project progression.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes and interior construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
