Role Requirements
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements and responsibilities:
- Running a team of up to 30 joiners, dry liners and ceiling fixers with an on-site supervisor
- Ensuring materials are ordered on site to keep men moving
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance is met and strictly adhered to
- Ensuring all works are carried out to a high-quality standard
- Daily site diaries are ‘filled out’
- Project delays are reported to the client
- All quality paperwork, handovers are up to date
- Tradesmen are working in a productive manner
- Ensure all works if commenced can be complete 100%
- Weekly Health and Safety and Quality paperwork is in place
- Follow and report against on site program
- Issue the relevant progress reports
- Issue a 1,4 and 6 week look ahead program on a weekly basis
