Site Manager – Loanhead
My client is a fast-growing, fitout, refurbishment contractor that covers a variety of sectors, including healthcare, retail and education.

They are looking for a Site Manager for one of their projects in Loanhead.

The project is a 2-week fitout of a builders merchants.

You will be reporting into a visiting Projects Manager.

The Ideal Candidate
Client is looking for a Site Manager that has a strong background running fitout projects, preferably within a fast-track environment. You will also be from a joinery/kitchen-fitting background.

You will be responsible for managing the programme, liaising with end-client where required and managing subcontractors.

Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid.

Location
