Site Manager Required for Office Refurb Project in Dundee, DD4

Immediate Start 6-8 Weeks Work

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office refurbishment project in Dundee.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee all trades involved in the refurbishment

– Report directly to the Senior Contracts Manager

– Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Requirements:

– Proven experience in refurbishment projects

– Client-facing experience is essential

– Previous work with a main contractor is preferred

– Joinery background is highly desirable

– Valid SMSTS certification
