Site Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Site Manager to oversee the construction of timber frame housing projects in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction sites, with specific expertise in timber frame housing. Responsibilities include:

– Supervising and coordinating daily site operations

– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

– Managing subcontractors and site personnel

– Monitoring project timelines and budgets

– Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks

– Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers

– Resolving any issues or delays efficiently

Qualifications

– Previous experience as a Site Manager in timber frame housing

– Strong leadership and communication skills

– Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction

– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

– Proficient in project management software

– CSCS card

– SMSTS or SSSTS certification

– First Aid at Work certificate
