An established, privately owned fit-out business is looking to recruit a Site Manager to join its team.

The Role
You’ll oversee site operations across a range of refurbishment & fit out projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site activities and ensuring programmes are maintained
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site teams
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and project teams
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
- Reading drawings and ensuring installations are completed correctly
- Monitoring progress and resolving issues on site
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing fit-outs, refurbishments, renovations or small commercial new builds
- A strong track record with good tenure in previous roles
- Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS, First Aid
