Site Manager

Job Description

MPC Resourcing require an experienced Site Manager ready to take on a dynamic role within the multi trade’s industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project team members to provide updates and resolve queries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the construction or housing industry.
• Knowledge of External Wall Insulation systems and processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to the project site.
