First People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company in Aberdeen. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join a busy team, working on a variety of civil engineering projects across the Aberdeen region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Liaising with the project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to on-site.
- Providing Technical advice as required
- Quality Assurance, maintaining accurate records, and providing updates to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within the civil engineering or construction sector.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with surveying equipment and software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety on-site.
