Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the engineering aspects of the Naver Bridge Project.
- Ensure that work is carried out to the required specifications, quality standards, and within project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and site supervisors to resolve any technical issues.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and update on-site activities for management.
- Review engineering designs and drawings to ensure their accuracy and feasibility.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the site team.
- Ensure proper documentation of all activities and materials used on-site.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects, particularly bridge and structural works.
- Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant site-based qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent).
- Skills: Strong understanding of construction techniques, health & safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly and efficiently.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: 29.00- 32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60 – 80 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
