Site Administrator Dunfermline Negotiable DOE
My client a leader in their field have an urgent opening for a Site Administrator to join their expanding operations in Scotland.
The Role:
- Organising and maintaining site documentation, records, and data through various platforms
- Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and handling correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and managing site visitor logs
- Supporting procurement and liaising with suppliers
- Monitoring site supplies and ensuring the site office is well equipped
- Assisting with health and safety documentation and compliance
Role requirements:
- Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the Water, Utilities or Construction industries.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with all Microsoft office packages
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Understanding of construction processes and health & safety is desirable
- You will require a full UK driving licence
