SIPP Operations Analyst – Drive Efficient Pension Ops

Job Description

Seccl is hiring an Operations analyst to join the SIPP team in Edinburgh. You will handle daily and monthly operational processes, including pension benefits and regulatory reporting, while resolving customer issues and meeting SLAs.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Customer, Product and Engineering teams to review workflows, implement improvements, and support scaling with automation. The role combines analytical problem solving with strong communication and ownership.
