SiC Process Engineer: New Tech Development & Production Lead

Job Description

Diodes-Incorporated in Scotland, United Kingdom, seeks a technically skilled engineer to evaluate and develop SiC technologies, drive device design and integrate processes for next-generation devices.

You will lead electrical specification definition, perform measurements and analysis, coordinate cross-functional projects, and manage tape-out to manufacturing. Experience in semiconductor processes or process integration is a plus.
