Job Description

Mitie Group plc. in Inverness is seeking a Retail Relief Security Officer to provide a visible security presence in our client’s retail store. You will protect customers, colleagues, stock and assets while delivering service that meets KPIs and SLAs. Deployment across multiple sites with advance notice.

You will undertake training, maintain licenses (SIA), monitor CCTV where applicable, complete incident reports, and support store operations with a calm, customer-focused approach.
