Shop Supervisor: Lead Volunteers & Grow Community Impact

Job Description

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice in Glasgow City Centre is seeking a Shop Supervisor to help lead our new charity shop. You will work with the Shop Manager to maximise sales, present merchandise, and supervise a team of volunteers.

This role is about creating a welcoming environment for customers and donors while ensuring efficient, professional shop operation. You will recruit, train, and support volunteers and promote the Hospice’s work in the local community.
