Job Description

Rubberatkins, Ltd. in Aberdeen is seeking a confident Shift Team Leader to lead a fast-paced manufacturing shift.

The role is hands-on, developing and inspiring the team to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets while balancing people leadership with production demands. You will work with the Production Manager to deliver daily plans, monitor quality, drive continuous improvement, and manage absence, performance reviews, and documentation.
