Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Fife is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead a production team on days and backshift. You will ensure products meet specifications, hits KPI targets and deadlines, and contribute to site strategy projects.

You should have previous management experience in manufacturing, a background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and the ability to train and develop staff while upholding quality standards.
