Job Description

Belhaven is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift in our Belhaven pubs. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need and customers are kept happy. You’ll maintain high standards, resolve issues, and keep service moving smoothly.

As a Team Leader you’ll train and develop the team, deputise for the management team, and ensure safety, legality and cleanliness on shift while delivering a warm, memorable guest experience.
