Marks & Spencer Plc in Inverness is seeking a Shift Lead to manage the fill operation and ensure a ready-to-trade salesfloor. You’ll coordinate resources and supervise colleagues to deliver efficient opening and closing tasks.

In this hands-on role you will model our customer service standards, maintain a clean, safe store, and support nearby stores when required. The position requires flexibility to cover early shifts and weekend work.
