Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and coordinate resource to keep the salesfloor ready to trade. You will take operational responsibility for coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

The role requires coordinating the team for the fill operation, driving productivity for store opening, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
