B&Q Stevenston is seeking a Shift Lead to run the store shift with a focus on safety, service and smooth operations. This is a permanent, part-time role offering 18.75 hours across three shifts and a pay rate of £14.50 per hour, plus pension and generous holiday entitlement.

The position is a keyholder role requiring early and late shift coverage and flexibility to meet customer needs. You will oversee colleagues, ensure correct staffing, handle customer queries, and contribute to a welcoming,
