Morson is partnering with a leading aerospace organisation to recruit a SHE Advisor for night shift on a 12-month contract, based on-site in Glasgow. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining the safety, health and environmental framework and ensuring senior leadership teams receive competent SHE advice and support.

Key responsibilities include supervising SHE teams, driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering regular SHE performance reports.
