Responsibilities

• Assist individuals requiring support to achieve personal goals and outcomes.
• Provide personal care, moving and handling assistance, and positive behavioural support.
• Help expand social networks and connections for those supported.
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure safety, wellbeing, and aspirations are met.
