Capgemini Invent seeks an experienced ServiceNow HRSD consultant to join our Employee Experience and HR practice. You will contribute to solution design, requirements gathering, and advisory workshops for global clients, delivering HR service improvements at scale.

You will work with ServiceNow architects and developers, supporting demonstrations, roadmaps, and HR digital transformations, while helping win new opportunities through strong client engagement and business case development.
