ServiceNow Developer

Job type – 6 month contract inside IR35

Hybrid- At least 2-3 days in the office.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join one of our renowed clients in the Glasgow office.

Role / Principal Accountability’s:

  • Implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request.
  • Collaborate with other business and technical teams to develop user-friendly catalog items using ServiceNow’s latest tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Development of Global Service Catalog from requirement gathering to development, testing, and moving to production
  • Support ServiceNow implementation / enhancements with technical support as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Ideally a degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with an excellent academic record, or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Well versed with different ServiceNow products
  • Hands-on experience with Incident Management, ITSM, Service Catalog & Asset Management products.
