Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Calibration/validation of electrical/electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain functionality and accuracy.
- Both Keysight and non Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location.
- Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgement.
- Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication.
- Travel to customer sites
Qualifications
- Education and technical knowledge within sector and role.
- Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician with relevant experience in calibration.
- IT knowledge (Windows, Office).
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Confident at answering customer questions.
- Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions.
- Ability to work independently and proactive attitude.
- Able to obtain UK security clearance.
