Service Support Coordinator – Contact Centre (Shift Work)

Job Description

NHS 24 is seeking an experienced Service Support Coordinator to provide support to NHS 24 services within a contact centre environment. The role involves shift work, weekends and public holidays, and may require travel between regional centres to support national availability.

You will assist staff and visitors, manage hospitality and facilities, and help with health and safety matters, stock checks and incident guidance by telephone. The post is based at Cardonald Regional Centre in Glasgow.
