We re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a technical service and aftersales support team within the HVAC/building services sector. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with commissioning on top of this leadership and customer support.

Service Managers Responsibilities

  • Lead site-based commissioning,
  • Manage warranty investigations and technical reporting within SLAs
  • Lead and develop a team of Site Service Engineers, including training and competency management
  • Oversee aftersales technical support, both on-site and remote
  • Drive service performance, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure strong health & safety, compliance, and safe working practices

Service Managers requirements:

  • Strong technical background in Air Conditioning
  • Proven experience managing engineering or service teams
  • Confident communicator with strong reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, improvement-focused approach
