Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Translate research insights into seamless, accessible UX designs
  • Collaborate in agile teams with developers, researchers & PMs
  • Contribute to and apply a robust design system
  • Lead on usability testing, wireframes, and interaction design
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design across services

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in UX design within agile teams
  • Confident with tools like Figma, Axure, etc.
  • Solid grasp of accessibility (WCAG) and design systems
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and presenting design thinking
  • Public sector or health/care sector experience a bonus
