Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in providing oversight of pensions administration for a range of clients.
- Enhance commercial outcomes through client engagement, effective billing, and process efficiency.
- Manage client assignments, including project delivery and relationship management.
- Lead and support strategic business change initiatives and process improvements.
- Involvement in the new business lifecycle (proposals, pitches, negotiations) is desirable.
Qualifications
- Qualified pensions administrator (PMI) with leadership experience and strong technical knowledge across DB, DC, CARE and hybrid schemes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills.
