Are you a qualified pensions administrator (PMI) with leadership experience and strong technical knowledge across DB, DC, CARE and hybrid schemes?

Then this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy in a highly flexible role where you will lead cross-functional teams in providing oversight of pensions administration for a range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in providing oversight of pensions administration for a range of clients.
  • Enhance commercial outcomes through client engagement, effective billing, and process efficiency.
  • Manage client assignments, including project delivery and relationship management.
  • Lead and support strategic business change initiatives and process improvements.
  • Involvement in the new business lifecycle (proposals, pitches, negotiations) is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Qualified pensions administrator (PMI) with leadership experience and strong technical knowledge across DB, DC, CARE and hybrid schemes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills.
