Turning Point Scotland’s Service in Dumfries & Galloway is seeking a natural leader to join us in a role that is challenging, rewarding, and far from routine. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with a wide range of needs-offering person centred support and working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

About the Role

As Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individuals’needswithin their own homes
  • Encourage service users to engage in meaningful activities,maintaingood physical & mentalhealth and wellbeing, and be active members of their community
  • Work alongside the Service Manager to lead the development and sustainability of our service
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, safety, and empowerment
  • Work alongside your teamsupportingstaff development and ensure effective team working
  • Develop relationships and partnership working
