Job Description

Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor at our Mercedes branch in Aberdeen. The role focuses on delivering a fantastic customer experience for service and vehicle repairs, requiring clear communication and a friendly, professional approach.

You will work closely with workshop teams to progress work, handle customer records, upsell where appropriate, and maintain accurate service histories. A full UK driving licence is required, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday and Saturdays
