Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 (1 hour lunch)

Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00 (1 in 3 rota)
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless journey from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding servicing and repairs

Scheduling appointments and coordinating workshop activity

Providing clear and accurate repair estimates

Explaining technical information in a professional and customer-friendly manner

Managing invoicing and service documentation

Resolving queries and concerns efficiently and professionally

Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services where appropriate
About You

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Confident working in a fast-paced dealership environment
