Job Description

British Red Cross is seeking a Senior Youth Worker to lead SafeMates Scotland, delivering trauma informed training and volunteer development across Dundee and wider Scotland. You’ll manage events, risk assessments, safeguarding and wellbeing for youth volunteers, while building partnerships with communities and partners.

This fixed-term, 35 hour role offers hybrid working, flexible arrangements and the chance to help 1,000 young people as the programme expands under Cashback for Communities
