Scottish Government in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Wellbeing and Experience Policy Officer on an initial 12-month maternity leave cover. The post sits in the Equality Experience and Partnership Unit within the Health Workforce Directorate and is suitable for internal transfers.

You will lead on wellbeing initiatives, coordinate activity with partners, use evidence to inform decisions, and help shape practical improvements to staff experience and working life across health and social care.
