Prestonfield House is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join its renowned restaurant team in Edinburgh. You will assist our Head Waiters, manage your own station across Rhubarb and Private Dining, and strive to exceed guests’ high expectations in a luxury setting.

The role offers a 40-hour week with on-target earnings up to £35,040, base salary £27,040 and gratuities around £8,000. Staff meals, on-site parking, generous holiday and pension are included.
