Last Mile is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager in Glasgow to turn transformation strategy into delivery plans across the Transformation and Delivery Team. You will lead initiatives across business functions, managing readiness and adoption for new systems and ways of working.

You will partner with senior leaders to coordinate cross-functional workstreams, drive benefits realization, and embed sustainable change within a growing multi-utility business.
