Barclays is seeking a Transaction Monitoring (TM) Design SME to operate in the second line of defence, delivering deep Financial Crime SME input across the TM ecosystem.

You will design risk-based TM controls, translate regulatory expectations into practical design solutions and drive measurable reductions in Financial Crime risk. Based in London/Glasgow, this role collaborates across Compliance, business, technology, data and change teams to improve controls.
